Where may corporations sue and be sued? My lecture will explore some of the complications (and opportunities) presented by the multiplicity of court systems in the United States and the various doctrines regarding choice of law (private international law), subject-matter jurisdiction (jurisdiction to adjudicate), and personal jurisdiction (jurisdiction over the person).
